Today, the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was through Christ’s merits in His life, death, and resurrection that Mary was preserved from all stains of original sin. Like Mary, our Mother, let us say yes to God and be open to His plan for each of us.
