Once again, your simple request echoes within us, dear Pope Francis… We pray for you, who now rest in the eternal embrace of the Father.
Pray for me…
And we lift our hearts to the Lord and say: THANK YOU! for your life given in service… Because, as you taught us: “If we are bearers of gratitude, the world itself will become a better place.”
Pray for me…
And we feel invited to joyfully embrace your legacy to the Worldwide Prayer Network… Because, as you told us: “Prayer is our heart and our voice.”
Pray for me…
And we renew our desire to live FRATERNITY… Because you showed us clearly that “Those who pray never leave the world behind.”
Pray for me…
And we want to collaborate in Christ’s mission of COMPASSION… Because, as the Gospel teaches us, “Whoever does not love their brother or sister, does not pray sincerely.”
Pray for me…
And we feel like CHILDREN OF THE SAME FATHER… Because, as you so often reminded us, “We are children of love, brothers and sisters of love. We are men and women of grace.”
Pray for me…
And we commit ourselves to being a SYNODAL CHURCH… We want to “be a listening Church”… Because, for us too, “The participation of all is an irreplaceable ecclesial commitment.”
