What's Involved?
Led by the Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network team, the School of the Heart program combines a focused team retreat experience with sustained accompaniment over six months. The goal is not simply to increase shared prayer activity, but to form teams who lead from a place of spiritual attentiveness, unity, and discernment.
Outcomes
By the end of the engagement, teams typically demonstrate:
- Established, sustainable habits of communal prayer
- Increased confidence leading others in prayer
- Stronger relational trust and unity
- Greater clarity in mission and decision making
- A lived experience of leadership guided by the Holy Spirit
